We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please review and follow our store policies.

Instructions for Exchange / Return Merchandise:

Exchanges / Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

1. Fill out exchange / return form
2. Include a copy of your invoice with your merchandise
3. Please pack your merchandise in clean and sturdy packaging.
4. Mail the package to the following address:

For a refund on qualified items, items must have all original tags attached, or they will
not be accepted for return.  Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition
as received.

Orders canceled after credit card processing will be charged a 5% handling cancellation fee.

Qualified merchandise returned to us will be subject to 10% re-stocking and processing fee.

All Returns on Shoes and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Costumes purchased during Halloween Season (September 1 through November 1) and Christmas Season (November 2 through January 15) are non-refundable. These costumes can be exchanged for different size only within 30 days of purchase date.

Costumes purchased during other times of the year have 30 days to be returned or exchanged. Costumes must have all original tags attached, or they will not be accepted for return. Costumes must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.


All PANTIES, THONGS, WIGS, TEDDIES, HOSIERY, are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, due to sanitary/health concerns and Federal Laws.

We will credit your card or issue a store credit usually within 7-14 Business Days upon receipt of merchandise.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. If your order gets returned to us as "refused" or "undeliverable", there will be a 15% shipping & re-stocking fee charged to your card. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

If we receive back your Merchandize / Costume which qualifies as non-returnable, we will ship it back to you and we will charge you for the shipping cost.

Returned qualified items in used condition, will be shipped back to you and we will charge you for the shipping cost.

If you receive an item that is defective please inform us within 3 days of receipt. Items returned due to
Manufacturing defect or our error will be fully credited.
